Zen Art is completely different from a tattoo. It is applied on the surface of the skin — no needles, no pain at all. Think of it as a natural skin stain rather than a tattoo. The design gradually fades and disappears completely within approximately two weeks, leaving no permanent marks.

Not at all. Our sessions are conducted in English. Please note that we do not take phone calls — please contact us via WhatsApp or email only. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can book directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred course, select a date and time, and complete payment to confirm your reservation..

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is completed securely online at the time of booking.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
48+ hours before: Full refund
Within 48 hours: 50% charge
Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% charge
15+ minutes late: Treated as a cancellation — 100% charge

Keep the cover on for 2–4 hours. Do not remove it early.
Avoid sweating during this time — it can blur the design permanently.
Rinse off with water after 2–4 hours.
Don't panic if it looks invisible right after washing — this is completely normal!
Color develops over 24–48 hours into a beautiful blue tone.
Enjoy for approximately 2 weeks, though this varies by individual and placement.

We are located in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The exact address will be shared with you upon booking confirmation.

To ensure the best results, please shave the area where you'd like your design at least 24 hours before your session. Also, please wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the treatment area. That's all you need to do!

agua is derived from tropical fruit extract. For your safety, please do not book if any of the following apply to you:
Allergies to strawberries, nuts, or tropical fruits
Skin conditions such as eczema or sensitive skin
Pregnant or breastfeeding
You will be asked to confirm these conditions at the time of booking.

Sessions typically last between 60 and 120 minutes depending on the course you choose.

Journey: Postcard size
Soul: We can create larger or more complex designs within the 90-minute session. However, highly detailed designs may require additional time, so please send your design inspiration to info@zenart.studio in advance. We will confirm feasibility before your session.
